A SCIFI JAPAN EXCLUSIVE
On August 30th, NEW PEOPLE Entertainment is bringing the Japanese live action science fiction adventure GANTZ (??, 2011) to DVD and Blu-ray in North America. The film is based on the hit manga series created by Hiroya Oku, which has sold over 15 million copies worldwide and was previously adapted in a 26 episode anime series. Directed by Shinsuke Sato (THE PRINCESS BLADE) and starring Kazunari Ninomiya (LETTERS FROM IWO JIMA) and Kenichi Matsuyama (DEATH NOTE, DETROIT METAL CITY), GANTZ made its world premiere in the U.S. with screenings held at over 330 theaters nationwide. The movie went on to top the Japanese box office for four consecutive weeks, grossing over $40 million. To celebrate the upcoming release, NEW PEOPLE Entertainment is giving SciFi Japan readers a chance to win a GANTZ Prize Pack containing the 2-Disc DVD Edition and a poster.
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES and INFORMATION
Prize: A. There are three (3) prizes in total. Each prize consists of one (1) GANTZ DVD and poster. B. Prizes will be mailed to contest winners so entrants must include a valid mailing address. This contest is only open to entrants in the United States and Canada. C. In the event that a winner chooses not to (or cannot) accept a prize, he or she forfeits all claim to that prize. D. One entry per person. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution of prizes allowed. Duration of contests: A. The "GANTZ DVD Prize Pack" contest runs from August 24th until 11:59pm on August 30th, 2011. How to enter: A. Submit your name, email address, and mailing address for the random drawing. Determination of winners: A. Only contestants who have submitted the requested information will be entered in the final drawing. The first three randomly drawn eligible entries will be judged the winners for this contest. B. SciFi Japan is not responsible for typographical, electronic or other errors in Internet operation affecting the offering, outcome, administration of the contest or the announcement of prizes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. C. The decision of NEW PEOPLE Entertainment and SciFi Japan is final. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the SciFi Japan judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
