In October Bandai will release a  special edition of their HG figure series commemorating Ultraman's 60th anniversary. The set includes Ultraman Zero's new "Ultraman Zero Cosmo Rise" form , Zero's arch-nemesis Ultraman Belial, and from the original ULTRAMAN series... Ultraman (A Type) and Jirahs the Ruffed Dinosaur! The Jirahs figure features a gimmick where the frill can be removedto recreate the the injury the monster suffered in its battle with Ultraman.

These HG figures are now available for pre-order at Gashapon Bandai Official Shop, specialty stores for Bandai's new Gashapon products, toy stores, mass merchandisers, and electronics stores throughout Japan. They willo also be available in capsule vending machines nationwide.

Gashapon (ガシャポン) is a best-selling Bandai toy brand named after the capsule containing a toy that "pops" out when the handle is turned on a "gasha" (vending machine). Since the brand's launch in 1977, it has produced a rich lineup of products that match the trends of the times, with many sets and series featuring a variety of beloved anime and tokusatsu characters.
