Currently using the temp title "New Godzilla: The Ride" (新・ゴジラ・ザ・ライド, Shin Gojira za Raido), the new attraction film will be directed, written, and VFX produced by Takashi Yamazaki, winner of the 96th Academy Award for Best Visual Effects for the hit GODZILLA MINUS ONE (ゴジラ-1.0/ゴジラマイナスワン, Gojira Mainasu Wan, 2023). Takashi Yamazaki also directed “Godzilla the Ride: Giant Monsters Ultimate Battle” (ゴジラ・ザ・ライド大怪獣頂上決戦, Gojira za Raido Daikaijū Chōjō Kessen), which opened in 2021 and still being shown at Seibuen Amusement Park.
