The annual Godzilla birthday event will return on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, with a new Fest Godzilla short film now in production. The highlight of the Godzilla Fest 2026 announcement is a global crowdfunding campaign to support the creation of a new Burning Millennium Godzilla suit.The campaign will run through CAMPFIRE, one of Japan’s major crowdfunding platforms, and will be open for international participation across 82 countries. Fans will be able to support the campaign from regions including North and Central America, East Asia, Southeast Asia, Southwest Asia, Oceania, the Middle East, Europe, South America, and Africa.
