Caught a midnight screening of Friday the 13th part VII: The New Blood over the weekend. It's a mid0range entry in the series, but a lot of fun to watch with a crowd, and the film's editor was there to introduce it - he talked a lot about why they ended up having to cut almost all of the gore.
There were some cool little details that I'd never caught on the small screen, and the final battle overall is great fun to watch as it was meant to be seen, but a lot of the bad acting (and some noticable ADR work) becomes that much more exaggerated and annoying when amplified.
As of now, there are only three F13 movies that I have not had the chance to see on the big screen: my favorite, part II, and my least favorites, parts VIII and IX.

Tokyo, a smoldering memorial to the unknown, an unknown which at this very moment still prevails and could at any time lash out with its terrible destruction anywhere else in the world.
