Though I understand your concern Legion, but you will have some spaces in a larger figure I believe due to the way advanced articulation moves. If you opt for simple articulation, then you have nothing more than a Bandai or Y-MSF vinyl. It seems the larger the figure, the greater chance it will have some spacing segments. Except Biollante, which has most of its articulation in vines and moving neck and jaws. Nothing for moving legs or shoulders, so potential for gaps is greatly limited. The reason G94 had less gaps also shows how it had less mobility and tightness which some folks said they didn't like. Now the joints have allowed for more flexibility, but that means the suit will have some small gaps so the figure materials can really move. They aren't soft material products like the Micromen suits with figures inside...the material is harder. If it isn't humanoid like, then I suppose we have to just accept that there will be some gaps.
