Let's see. The afore mentioned tagged Gorosaurus came in and looks great! Also got a Mikuras Pigmon figures to boot!
Settled a long-standing lust for the Hyper Hobby Glitter GMK Godzilla. Beautiful figure. Can't believe it took me this long...
And then there's a couple old ToyVault Plushes. King Ghidorah and the large Showa Rodan. This Ghidorah is REALLY ugly. Shoulda just stuck with the Kaizer...

Speaking of ToyVault, anyone know where to pick up the older Mothra plushes?
There's only one , it seems, but I'm not willing to fork over $40 or more for one little stuffed toy...

I love Mondays!!

Well not really, but it always seems like there's something interesting waiting for me after work on most Mondays, probably because of postal backups thanks to Sunday.

I've never gotten an M-1 Lucky Bag before, usually because I either miss out on them or they don't include toys I'm all that interested in. But one came my way recently that I did end up liking, for various reasons. And it includes 5 figures...

Lets get these two guys out of the way right now. On the left is a glow Hipportio Sejin figure, and on the right is an unpainted yellow Peter figure. I don't really know much about these two, aside from them appearing in the Ultra series. But they're both really cool, and since I'm really taking a shine to glow figures, the Hipportio is most welcome.

These three figures need no explanation. We've got (from l to r) an unpainted black Titanosaurus, an unpainted pink Hedora and a glow Bullmark Angilas. Apparently with this lucky bag I had a choice between a glow Gigan and a glow Angilas. I had to go with the Angilas, since it's one of my favorite Bullmark sculpts. The black Titanosaurus, actually, is an extra from another lucky bag set. The one from the set I recieved was sent back to M-1 for a special painting commision that was offered with this set. I don't know how long that's going to take but expect a picture when it arrives.

And finally here are the standard versions of Giganbrain's 1962 and 1964 Godzillas. I do like the sculpts. I've seen tons of Kingojis and Mosugoji figures lately (Monster Heaven, M-1, Vinyl Paradise, Bandai, Para Baby, Pilot Ace...) so these two don't really offer anything all that new. But the sculpts are strong regardless. The paint jobs bore me to tears though, they're exactly the same. This is one instance where I probably would have preferred the glow versions.

Thanks for posting pics of the standard Gigabrain G62 & G64. While I love the Gigabrain G65, I agree that these 2 are just so-so. I've been curious about what these would look like and now that I see them they're both figures I can pass on. I much prefer my Marmit MH G64 to this one, and as for the G62, i'd prefer to get the Pilot Ace version.

Just received the Manda and the Rodan. Beautiful figures. Seriously, I waited so long to start buying Marmit figures...and well recently, I went a little crazy on spending. I have, however, never been more pleased with these two figures, and the Anguirus pictured as well. I mean, how else will I get 8-inch-ish scale figures of these guys. I think I may try to collect all the FW figures.

Really awesome pickup! I love that Manda! Everytime I find some of those FW ones, I get cold feet with the price. I guess I focus too much on Bandais...

Well, I at least did get one thing today, though nowhere near as impressive as that lot. The Toy Vault large Baby Godzilla Plush. Another neat plush incarnation from them. Just wish some of the others could have come out better. Was there a large version of Hedorah made? That little one doesn't look like anything but a squirrel... If not, that's mean I just gotta get the large Anguiras and the 2 Mothra adults to finish out the released stuff.
I love eBay. These things only end up at 10-15 bucks if ya get the right seller. This guy was $10 :D

Here's one I just got today, and I'm really excited about. I love the Kaiyodo/Xebec Gameras and I've got several. I've got the regular, battle damage, glow, and a couple others. For a while I was really interested in the clear one, but I had the opportunity to pick it up recently and my enthusiasm for it (and most unpainted translucent figs) has dropped. But when I had a chance for this gold one, I went for it and I'm glad I did.

This was a very hard figure to find for a long time. Looks like there may have been some kind of warehouse find because the seller had a few up for sale (tho' he seems to have run out now) and doesn't otherwise sell much kaiju merchandise. Well mine's in terrific shape and I'm very glad I got this.
