Tsuburaya Productions Co., Ltd. has announced the "ULTRASEVEN=6+1 Exhibition: The Future of Diversity as Seen by Alien Seven" (ULTRASEVEN=6+1展 ~宇宙人セブンが見た多様性の未来~, Urutorasebun = 6 + 1-ten ~ Uchūbito Sebun ga Mita Tayō-sei no Mirai ~) will be held at the PARCO South Building 9F in Nagoya City and at PARCO FACTORY on the 7th floor of the Ikebukuro PARCO main building in Tokyo. The event, which will explore the world of Ulraseven through contemporary art, is the latest part of the year-long Ultraseven 55th Anniversary Project (ウルトラセブン55周年, Urutorasebun 55-Shūnen) that kicked off last October, the month the ULTRASEVEN (ウルトラセブン, Urutorasebun) televsion series premiered in Japan.

    What Is ULTRASEVEN?

In 1967, ULTRASEVEN was broadcast following the conclusion of ULTRAMAN.

In the early days of special effects TV series, the young staff who created ULTRA Q and ULTRAMAN demonstrated their growing talent by producing many acclaimed episodes of ULTRASEVEN.

Monsters whose home planets were destroyed in an arms race, invaders who shook the trust of the people of Earth, aliens who reined destruction upon Earth, lifeforms that may have lived on Earth long before humans... several episodes are still relevant to modern viewers.

Throughout the story, Ultraseven fought many aliens, but he, too, was also an alien.

Like Ultraman, he loved the Earth and mankind. Now that the world is in turmoil, it is time for his return.

He is an immortal hero, the Ultraman whose name is "Ultraseven".

    Event Concept

Even when he was hurt, weak, and exhausted, he continued to aim for "a future where we can understand each other".

Encounter the world of Ultraseven, an alien who loved the earth more than anyone else.

Fifty-five years ago, Ultraseven, a hero who stood "in between" people and aliens and tried to understand both sides while fighting numerous aliens, was created be a team mainly in their 20s at that time.

In order to reintroduce Ultraseven to the people of the future, Tsuburaya will display the hero, the Ultra Guard, and the monsters and aliens that appeared in the series in a new form, along with scenes from the time when the show was created in 1967.

In addition, there will be a section where the Eye Slugger, the symbol of Ultraseven, will be exhibited not only as a weapon but also as a symbol of peace, with a new interpretation of it.

I hope you will come and see it.
