The Hotel Gracery Shinjuku, a landmark of Tokyo, popular with domestic fans as well as foreign visitors to Japan for its Godzilla-themed rooms and the almost life-size Godzilla head (approx. 12m) on its 8th floor terrace, has updated the special Godzilla diorama installed on the building's 8th floor lobby.

The diorama debuted in early 2023 with a Godzilla design based on the Heisei "VS" Series of the 1990s. Later that year, it was replaced with a GODZILLA VS MEGAGUIRUS (ゴジラ×メガギラス G消滅作戦 Gojira Ekkusu Megagirasu: Jī Shōmetsu Sakusen, 2000) display featuring a new sound system with audio from the movie. Two new Godzilla dioramas followed in 2024.
The Hotel Gracery Shinjuku's first Godzilla diorama of 2025 featured a Godzilla suit and a Mothra sculpture actually used in the 2001 film GODZILLA, MOTHRA, KING GHIDORAH: GIANT MONSTERS ALL-OUT ATTACK (ゴジラ モスラ キングギドラ 大怪獣総攻撃, Gojira Mosura Kingugidora Daikaijū Sōkōgeki), which was displayed through Monday, June 23rd. The year's second diorama debuted on July 8th and is based on the 50th anniversary movie, GODZILLA: FINAL WARS (ゴジラ FINAL WARS, Gojira Final Wars, 2004). It will run until Thursday, January 8, 2026.
The new diorama recreates a famous scene from FINAL WARS, and is the first of the displays to depict four monsters at the same time. It shows the powerful battle at the base of Mount Fuji where Godzilla faced off against Rodan, Anguirus, and King Caesar. Another highlight is that these three monsters, who have fought alongside Godzilla against invaders in previous movies, had now joined forces as his enemies. All of the monsters on display, except for Godzilla, were actually used in the filming of GODZILLA: FINAL WARS. In particular, you can see up close the structure of the axis of rotation of Anguirus, which was created to express the movement of rolling up and charging forward in the Anguirus Ball attack technique. In addition, background music and lighting effects are used to help visitors feel the scale and power of the diorama, making them feel like they are in the movie.
The Hotel Gracery Shinjuku has announced that it will continue to offer special Godzilla-themed events that are unique to this hotel.
To coincide with the launch of the "Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah Room," which became available for bookings from July 1st, the hotel's 8th floor GRACERY LOUNGE is selling new menu items, such as the "Godzilla Print Art Latte King Ghidorah ver." (ゴジラプリントアートラテ キングギドラver., Gojira Purinto Ato Rate Kingu Gidora ver.) and the "Art Japanese Parfait (King Ghidorah ver.)" (アート和パフェ(キングギドラver.), Ato wa Pafe (Kingu Gidora ver.). The "Art Japanese Parfait (King Ghidorah ver.)" in particular uses Japanese ingredients such as mitsumame, chestnuts, and Yukimi Daifuku, and is topped with King Ghidorah latte print art and gold leaf, allowing you to enjoy the world of Godzilla and Japanese flavors at the same time.

“Art Japanese Parfait (King Ghidorah Version)”: 2,420円 (Approximately $16.27 US)
