After reading up on Toho's official anatomy for these monsters it wouldn't surprise me >_<...

Look, the "opening" in SG's stomach and lower regions has nothing to do with any sexual conotation. Remember, SG was essentially born of Biollante and retains many of the she-plant's traits, including the "core" located in her mid-section. This is all that design trait refers to.
