Yeah. SG has crystal assault capabilities, lightning strikes, and the works; however, his lighning breath would just be absorbed by KINO--and vice-versa. In a battle of all-out strength, I'm willing to bet SG's hide is a lot tougher than Kong's.

He probably means the corona breath, which would not be absorbed by Kong as Cy thinks.
Anyways, even at equal size, Kong is still outclassed by a kaiju with a shield, telekenesis, corona beam, and also those flying crystals. All of this would do a number on poor Kong.
