R.I.P. Bill Paxton

Just read that he passed away during surgery, due to complications.

Bummer.

Always liked this guy & his performances, regardless of what movie he was in. He always seemed to genuinely be enjoying himself in front of the camera.

And I gotta say it...

"Game over, man. Game over."

Read that on Yahoo this morning, looking in the comments section, of course the 2nd one down was "Game Over Man"...glad people are celebrating his life, and not criticizing peoples humor. He will be missed though.
There are no more good TV Shows, only ones that haven't disappointed me yet.

What a bummer. Bill Paxton has been in so many good movies - Aliens, Apollo 13, Twister - and he was always memorable. R.I.P.

He could be the romantic lead, but to me he'll always be a totally gonzo character actor (a great one!). Way too young.

Such a fun actor to watch and an all around good guy. If one recalls, he (along with Helen Hunt) would have been the leads in Jan de bont's "Godzilla". In lieu of that, they ended up getting "Twister" roles.
