could some one tell me what show this picture came from.

It's from one of the Josh Kirby... Time Warrior! DTV movies done by Moonbeam Entertainment, the kid friendly offshoot of DTV stalwarts Full Moon Entertainment. It's from the third (of six) films; Trapped in Toyworld.

I discovered this by doing a reverse image search, which I just figured out how to do.

I have not seen any of the Josh Kirby films, but having seen several Full Moon features throughout my childhood like the Prehysteria series, Beanstalk, Dragonworld, and Pet Shop ... well, I can imagine having seen it. They were really the A.I.P. of the '90s, right? It's funny, but looking at the years these films came out I realize I was seeing them all pretty soon after they were released, which was weird, because I always assumed as I was watching them that they were at least ten years old. They all seemed to have sprang from the depths of the mid-'80s.
