Has Toho ever issued a compilation of JUST kaiju action scenes on either DVD or BluRay?

Didn't Sony make a highlight reel of monster scenes from Godzilla films they had the rights to for an edition of GINO?

didn't Toho put out a complete box set of the G films after 2004 with a culminating disc of action scenes?

Pretty sure you just linked to a bootleg there. Some of the other titles on that site are almost CERTAINLY boots...

And it doesn't mention anything about being R2 anywhere on that page...

Nah, no worries. I've been watching some fan compilations on YouTube and casting them to my TV via Chromecast. It's a veritable smorgasbord of cataclysms and monster mania! :D
