RIP Yumi Shirakawa (1936-2016)

Sad news to report that Ms. Shirakawa has passed away at the age of 79. August Rogone was one of the first to report it on his Facebook -

Rodan, The Mysterians, The H-Man, The Last War & Gorath, Yumi Shirakawa really left her mark in iconic Toho sci-fi movies (ironically, she was that one Toho actress who did not appear in a Godzilla film).

Needless to say, it is always hard when we lose classic Toho actors and actresses. RIP Yumi. :cry:

She was in some of my favorites: Rodan and H-Man especially.
