If there's one thing Fox learned well from Marvel, is that you're sure to sell comics/tickets by sticking Wolverine into as many comics/movies as possible.

No casting news regarding Hugh Jackman in Apocalypse. Maybe I shouldn't be concerned, but I am.

Well, that's fine. Isn't he doing Apocalypse as well? So that'll be 9 movies total? I'm fine with him bowing out. I really wonder where the X-Men franchise will go after both this and Apocalypse though. I can't imagine Fox just letting the rights lapse though.

I for one don't really care if Fox wants to hold on to X-Men. Maybe I'm alone on this, but I've always generally preferred the X-Men exist in their own little universe and have felt their existence in some of the rest of the Marvel universe doesn't really gel.

I mean, this isn't the best example because Pyro is a villain but like, people HATE this guy who can control a flame, but they LOVE a member of the Fantastic Four who can light himself on fire? It's never made much sense to me that people love these other superheroes but hate mutants in the same universe. So, theatrically speaking, if we wanna keep X-Men and others apart, I'm 100% good with that.

As for Hugh Jackman, yeah, 9 movies. I'm good with that being that for him.
Gills.

I really don't think Hugh Jackman is going to be in X-Men: Apocalypse. Hasn't that movie already started shooting?

Hugh Jackman mentioned that it was something a lot of fans wanted to see, but now a Twitter exchange between the two actors might just hint at Schreiber's Victor Creed reprisal for the final Wolverine movie

According to a new report, Fox are indeed aiming for an R-Rating for The Wolverine 3. Why? Well, because it's going to adapt the ultra violent "Old Man Logan" storyline!

Me 80% through the Red Band trailer: "Uh, this is the same trailer as the green band"
Me at 85%: "that certainly wasn't in the green band!"

and thus Hugh Jackman's career as Wolverine will end...9 films, 0 times wearing the correct comic book costume. 0 times having a proper classic battle with Sabertooth. (X-Men and "Origins" obviously don't count)
There are no more good TV Shows, only ones that haven't disappointed me yet.
