The Board is Down with no repair ETR. My apologies but we don't have the money or resources to repair the issue. It is broken on the back-end and is only here to view as an archive. Thank you for your years of patronage.

Kino Studio Classics, which has been releasing movies licensed from MGM, has announced that it will be releasing YONGARY, MONSTER FROM THE DEEP on DVD and Blu-ray. No word on a release date yet; they merely say it is "coming soon."
Cool, I somehow never got around to picking up the MGM Midnite Movies double feature of Yongary & Konga. If anyone is interested in the DVD Amazon has it for $5.97 right now (Prime eligible to boot); handy way to check out the movie if you aren't sure about going for the blu-ray.
This is a world where Yongary and Gamera: Super Monster receive western blu-ray releases before Rodan or Invasion of Astromonster. This is a world gone mad.
Classic Media still has Rodan, Monster Zero, War of the Gargantuas and all of the other titles they put on DVD. It's up to them to release their kaiju library on bluray, unless another company wants to put in the same effort Criterion did to sublicense Godzilla from CM and Toho.
