I know it's a long shot, but it's still worth a try:

I had to make a new petition altogether, but I made it so signers won't be able to leave comments. I think that's probably for the better (knowing some of us trouble makers, lol).

So now I'm off to change all the links I've posted around the world.. lol...

Normally petitions don't have a snowball's chance in hall of working, but within the kaiju eiga where releases like this aren't that huge to begin with, proprotionally they have a greater chance of working, if you get enough signatures. :th-up:

Sorry but anger must be released. :x

I'm one of the people who just gets disturbed if things don't go the way they should. (whether or not they pertain to my ideals) I was just explaining the best way I could, their faults. I also tried to let in the financial bonus they could obtain from release widescreen versions.... Oh well, the comment has been negated now but that's just my point of view.

I also don't think you should really judge that since people still continue to argue over the overall value of the recent GxM and GMK discs. I am willing to commend those since at least we know that SOME effort was put into their production, unlike CM's releases. I've been telling people to respect and appreciate that Sony put those out even the way they are, yet they still complain without concern for future releases. Meanwhile, I make a complaint (I'll admit it was quite offensive) about less than mediocre discs that obviously had no effort in them, and I look like the bad guy! :x

Now before I gain more enemies I'd like to end the conversation.

Well... ADV was forced to have a bare bones DVD, but still pulled through with widescreen. Classic Media could have put the little bit of effort in pleasing fans by including widescreen versions... but they didn't. So I dunno.

Ummm, would Toho even LET Classic Media put out widescreen DVDs even if they wanted to?
