I wasn't expecting much from this - especially after my lukewarm reaction to Jurassic World's teaser - but that was surprisingly energizing.

Looks okay, I'm going to see this anyway, but I need a bit more before I get super hyped.

Hmm. That did nothing for me. I'll be seeing the movie, of course, but as teasers go that was less tease and more, "Here are a few random second-unit shots and original trilogy spacecraft."

at first, without any logo or anything, I thought it was a fan-made teaser. Still... With hardly anything to go on, cant pass judgement. All I can say is this, sure it looked like Star Wars, it just didn't "feel" like Star Wars... But of course a lot can happen in a year of post-production.

The spherical r2 unit looked fun but also almost really stupid.

thanks for the still shots. One thing I couldn't understand is how the Falcon could look so clean 20+ years (or wenever this is) in the future. IN the EU novels, sure it is still around, but its been crashed a couple of times, and has a ton of damage. The still shots show it has indeed taken a beating over time.

Trailer looks like Prequel garbage, more unnecessary light-saber variants (it's such an inept design) and kewl CGI aerial battles. You'd have to be a schmuck to want see this based on THAT trailer.

I've had a falling out with Star Wars. Prequels and crappy additions (Hayden, "Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!") to the classic trilogy just drained my love for Star Wars. I am excited for the new Battlefront game. =) I can't get enough of Star Wars video games.
