Welp, I got my clean knifehead, and without ever getting an email confirmation from TRU. :I

The head joint is super loose, though; that is to say, it sags. Any suggestions on how to safely remove the head? It'd like to try the nail polish trick.

It was a little over a hundred dollars, but that was because of the EMS shipping. I believe before shipping they were around 80-85 dollars, with cheaper shipping available of course. I think they are totally worth it. Loaded with the usual accessories and the figures themselves are so eye catching.

I just received a silver Marmit Para Baby Mechagodzilla ('74)... i got to say, this figure just took the crown for my favorite representation of a Showa MG... Now i need to track down Marmit Parababy King Seesar and Titanosaurus. :)

^ Looks great. I nearly bought a parababy Titanosaurus at G-Fest but I waited too long and missed out.

I picked up the Godzilla minimates last weekend. I don't have any photos, but maybe in a month or so when I have more time.

They are really awesome, and a lot better in person than I was expecting looking at photos. Gigan in particular is pretty bad ass. The figures also came with clear stands, including an elevated one for Mothra. One minor complaint is quality control. The pupils on Titanosaurus aren't painted in, but that can be fixed no problem. Mothra's wings aren't as colourful either, since the paint is on a black plastic. I'm looking forward to the next series, especially Hedorah and Mechagodzilla. I'm hoping the third set (should it happen) has King Ghidorah or Rodan, and if it continues long enough it'd be great to cover as many of the classic monsters as possible.

Its been a while. Here is what I have purchased in the past six months or so.

Image

Of course 2014 items. Never found the Chibis anywhere. Giant was only $35 the first day Kmart had him.

Image

The latest Diamond Select Figures, Bandai Creation 2014. Got the Who's Afraid of Godzilla book real cheap from a Good Will auction on Ebay.
If only I had it for Bob to sign when he was in town years ago.

Image

My collection of Shodai Goji has been growing thanks to some very reasonable Ebay auctions. 54 is my Fav. Got the Bear Model for about half the cost of the Medicom re issue coming out soon.

Image

Neca 94 and some more great Ebay finds. Had to have the Imperial Bubble Blower ever since I found out about it a few years back. I like knock offs. Finally found the great looking Bandai Gigan repaint for cheap. $10

Image

Went a little overboard on these knock offs but I had to have them.
