Feigned racial sensitivity from someone who uses the word "retarded" isn't something I should even respond to, but I'll bite:
The difference between the one instance in 22 Jump Street and two entire characters in Transformers is that Bay is laughing at the race and the stereotype, Lord and Miller are poking fun of the ignorant character. It's a delicate line to try to balance, but given the excellent sceipt throughout the rest of Jump Street, it works just fine. If you can't understand the difference between the two, then that's your problem. Jump Street is an excellent send up of sequels and sequelitis, it's got a great scipt and its actors have undeniable chemistry together. Comparing it to the Heisei Godzilla series is outright laughable. Shoddily thrown together movies that didn't care about the product being shown to viewers vs a well-scripted film that is EASILY one of the absolute best comedy sequels ever.
And honestly, I should have just thrown your entire argument out with a dismissive "you didn't even see the movie"
