Flossie's is great.

Tempted to get some of these but I'll hold off...though I do have the 62 pre-ordered (through Flossie's). I already own that figure, but there's a slight paint blemish on mine that really bothers me. I HOPE, that the new 62 figure combines the best of the original version and the light-up (original had better spines while the light-up had better eyes and a longer tail).

Regarding other X Plus figures...I've really slowed down. Maybe one per quarter recently. I have the 67 Gamera on pre-order and I'll deff get the Showa Gyaos (though I'm weary as X Plus flying kaiju figures are prone to tipping and falling over due to weak ankle vinyl). I'll also get the 95 Gamera whenever they release it in 25cm scale...and I could maybe be talked into a Hyper Gyaos of some-sort but that's all I really want from X Plus for the forseable future. I'm still all too happy to look at everyone else's new buys though!

Hmmm.. Maybe I'll get the Showa Gamera at some point. Don't know yet. I want to concentrate on getting my favorite suits from the three eras... I know, how the heck is the G'55 my favorite suit. I don't know, I just love it.

Has there ever been a G'02 xplus figure? Oor should I just go for 03?

Incredible figure, my only disappointment is its 25cm and not 30 as I've been doing DAM in 30 cm :?

So....

Got the 95 Ric. He's amazing. Easily the coolest figure I've ever seen, and pictures don't do him any justice.
If you're getting an X Plus figure, get this one. If I could only keep one figure, he'd be the one.

I preordered the standard because at the time, the ric was a little much. I managed to sell a few things and get the extra cash to buy the ric. Honestly, the extra oxygen destroyer is cool, but it's not "150 bucks extra cool."

Of course, I do have the ric now as opposed to waiting til late August or September. I'm still getting the standard. Someone offered me 3 very rare figures for the ric, so this guy's value will skyrocket. If I took the trade, the value of those figures is probably twice what I paid for my ric.

I hope King Ghidorah comes out this year. I'm thinking Jan.'15 because the sculpt has not been approved yet but looks good to me.

So far, I got Gojira '54, '55, '62 and Hedorah '71 on preorder. A Ric Boy Gamera '65 with Plan Z warhead should be here in a week :). Anybody looking to get Goji '55 cheap, look no further than http://www.atomicempire.com they got him for $135. They good people and BBB gave them an A.

Well, I'm about to start my foray into collecting X-Plus vinyls. I have most, if not all of the statues but my goal is to go for a complete DAM set with the vinyls. The most frustrating thing about this though is they keep bouncing back and forth between the 25cm's and the 30cm's. Also, not all '68 versions are available. I'm starting with the 30cm's based on reissue availability but they're still producing 25cm's as indicated with King Ghidorah. I can only hope they do a 30cm in the future along with all the others.

It's true. Diamond does not intend to reissue the 25cm's.

I've never seen anything confirmed (or even hinted at) in the way of the 25cm line. Jesse, who works for Diamond (and posts over in the X Plus Fb group), said a surprise announcement that was supposed to be made about X plus at SDCC didn't pan out. He gave no indication as to what it was. We are expecting more releases to be confirmed for NYCC in October (I *think*).

Looks like another 30cm G62 reissue.. and a 30cm G'89 from Yuji Sakai (which may be the first of a series of 30cm Yuji Sakai releases??) The ricboy lights up and the standard release is msrp'd at 27000 Yen (which seems a bit on the high side for this particular 30cm line)
