Still Box office mojo hasnt updated china in a week so it looks like 500M may have already been hit. Lets catch King Kong's worldwide 550! I dont know if that 218 in the states is even realistic anymore though, dollar theatres or not

BOM reports 477. Really at the end of things, I think the film did what we thought it would do... That opening changed what we thought could happen, but in the end it'll go passed 500m to around 520, unless it explodes in Japan.

Can G squeeze another 5m from the states go hit 200? It'll be pretty darn close.

Godzilla is now less than $3 million away from grossing three times its budget worldwide.

The movie has definitely been a financial success and it's not done yet. No one should worry about whether or not we'll get a sequel.

GODZILLA isn't gonna make really anything this weekend in China. Were around 450m yuan there.... Shame its not gonna hit 80m.

Anyway, TF4 is taking pretty much all the screens.. GODZILLA is done there.

GODZILLA is doing ok in China. If TF4 wasn't coming out, it would have a shot at 80m+. China just does things differently with the box office..

If Kong05 opened today in China, it would easily make 80m+. Chinas box office has expanded dramatically since 05.
