Sadly it's only on DVD currently. Hopefully they decide to expand to BD.

Hell, I'll probably get it. I've already got my all my essential favorites on the initial Blu-Ray set. I can settle for DVD quality with the sequels (really, Son of Frankenstein is the only one I'd really, really like to have in HD).

It beats hunting down a lot of out-of-print DVDs, which is what I was thinking of doing.

Finally what I've been waiting for. Now I can get rid of my old home recordings from AMC's Monsterfest when it was worth staying up for.

Is this a UK release?

I would be interested in a Region 1 release

Ohhhhhkay... I originally read that as something along the lines of "No news on the set release date in the UK". My bad.

Hopefully the DVD decision keeps the cost really low on this.

Maybe we can do a group viewing in October.. one movie a day until Halloween

As nice as Blu-Ray would be, I'm still interested in this. I own the Frankenstein and Dracula Legacy Collections, but I don't have the other movies in any format. This does tempt me.

The individual collections are gonna be sold separately, too - but there will be duplication. If you get the Frankenstein, Dracula, and Wolf Man sets prepare to have three copies of House of Frankenstein/House of Dracula/Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein!

The Abbott and Costello movies are a bigger draw for me than some of the really atrocious sequels (like Invisible Woman) and the 1943 Phantom film (which I loathe)

I'm interested, but I'd be more into this if it were blu-ray.

I have the Legacy Collections that I care about (Dracula, Frankenstein, Creature from the Black Lagoon and Wolfman) as well as that Wolf Man release with the gold packaging so I'll probably skip this set as well the only draw for me is the Invisible Man films and the two Abbott and Costello films.
