Annnnd G2K fixes a near $100 figure in the most redneckish way possible. Also, just realized that yellowish beam would work decent for a stand-in for MechaGodzilla's plasma grenade.

I was very happy with Kiryu despite my initial reluctance due to the Chokogin releases. Maybe Gigan will prove me wrong as well.

Damn it though, the older figures aren't my problem at all, it's Godzilla 2000 who is!

If I remember correctly, Bagan is somehow canon to the Heisei Godzilla series according to the Heisei Godzilla Perfection book. It just happened off screen. And since they got trademarks, I guess they count.

All other monsterarts being OOP is a double edged sword. It means that the line is doing great (here most likely). But they're gonna be hard to get >_>... DESTOROYAH EVOLUTION SET HERE I COME.

Godzilla 89? Hmm... Alright. Rose Biollante is kind of a passup for me. Mecha Ghidorah though would be interesting. Surprised it didn't happen earlier. Bagan and Super Godzilla? Hmm... Yeah sure, why not. I'd prefer some other creatures, but eh okay.

Do Sun God, Death Ghidorah, and Grand Ghidorah count as Heisei? Because I'd really like all three of those.

I'd like Anguirus in some form. Showa/Millenium, whatever. I like Anguirus.

EDIT: Great photography by the way. I want to learn how to take pics that nice for the diorama I am planning.

The thing about all the figures being out of print is that they have been for a long time. That's how Bandai works - a large production run is done once, figures end up at retailers to sell off, and it's done. This is doubly true with the Tamashii Web exclusives when the Japanese stock is basically made to order. When restocks happen, it's because more supply is obtained from distributors, not because a reissue happened. The only MonsterArts to get a reissue thus far is the first Godzilla (sans beam). Since MonsterArts sell slowly, it's not mattered much until very recently. Bluefin has not likely had supplies of the oldest figures for a long time - the emphasis here is that thanks to the movie, sales are picking up for Godzilla and some newer things that probably wouldn't otherwise will disappear too. The least popular MonsterArts releases like the Destoroyah Evolution Set are not liable to disappear overnight just because of this news. If you're going to rush to get anything, Godzilla 2000 and Fire Rodan (for his low price and accessories) would make the most sense.

Someone else mentioned a Land MOGUERA and Star Falcon pack. Quite possible.

Most of these "remaining" Heisei options are so obscure, it seems like Tamashii would be shooting themselves in the foot to pursue them over more popular Showa or Millennium characters

If I had to guess, it's probably going to be MKG, Rodan, Biollante Rose Form, and the MOGUERA Set.
