Can i get some help here from someone that can read Japanese? The online translators give conflicting information, and this is a lot of money to throw at a guess

http://www.ric-toy.ne.jp/blog-rojiura/?p=2758

Is there a light gimmick included? is it only on the Ricboy edition? Is the clear vinyl only the Ricboy edition but you have to provide your own light up gimmick? does the clear vinyl come in the standard version as well?

It seems the ric boy version is just the oxygen destroyer base. No light up gimmick. They say if you hold it up against some light (like in the last photo) it'll look cool, so it must have some translucency, but that is the same on both versions.

I put in preorders for the Godzilla 62 & 68. I know BBTS usually inflates their prices a bit(and I'm usually willing to pay it considering the customer service I receive), but is $160 a piece a decent price? I know these usually run pretty expensive.

I just bought my first X-Plus. The Varan.
I feel weird having dropped money on something like this, but maybe it'll be okay.

I think, even if I do end up liking them I won't spend TOO much. Mostly because I feel like I have enough large scale Godzillas and will probably focus on the other kaiju.
I'm totes considering the Hedorah that comes out in November.

Yeh, I just asked my FLCS to order me a Hedorah. Although, i might get the G'62 as well since the 30cm turned out so well, and the 25cm ended up as a skip for me.

Sweet jesus. This is the first time I've looked at any of the photos in detail and wow. This thing looks great.

I mean, I'm never going to get any of the gigantic figures unless Diamond releases them, but wow.

I'm a little frustrated with Diamond. It seems they're shipping in waves. Some companies have even send partial orders to those who purchased all 3 figures but since they only had 2 in stock, we are left hanging. And it's not just Entertainment Earth... I preordered G64 from EE and since I haven't heard anything I bought one from Toywars. Unfortunately, they are also waiting. Unless I want to shell out and extra 30-50 bucks, I'm stuck waiting (I got sweet deals from EE and Toywars).

A delay is one thing, but the people who ordered all three figures and wanted them shipped together may have to pay extra to have their missing figure shipped separately once that is in stock? That’s a bummer.

looks like 2 more reissues from X-Plus...

this time we get the 30cm 68 Godzilla again (though now with light up gimmick)..but if you want to save some money and like the sculpt, Diamond is releasing this in the US and preorders are open now at your local comic shops
http://www.ric-toy.ne.jp/item_godzilla1 ... ghtup.html

They are also re-releasing the Ricboy version of the 30cm Kiryu, but moving it a different material (Master collection)

I received a notice from Ami Ami yesterday about the Gigantic Series Burning Godzilla being pushed back to late August. The good news though is the Ric version is said to be progressing on schedule, and will likely be released around July.

I wouldn't mind an X-Plus Kiryu, but I'd only want the vinyl version. Unfortunately I missed out on it at the time.
