I don't really think a company is really going to see the subtleties either. I mean, there are differences, but it's like comparing the suit in Mothra vs. Godzilla with the one in Ghidrah rather than comparing Mire-Goji to King-Goji. With the Heisei Godzilla it feels like the only distinction anyone sees is that one is regular recipe and one is Burning Godzilla.

I disagree. I think most fans can clearly see the difference between the 89/91 suit and the 92/93/94 suits. I know I've had this discussion before but I think the Heisei suits can be put into four recognizably distinct groups: 84, 89/91, 92/93/94, and 95. Now some people like myself are bound to be able to distingush between the minor differences between suits within each group but they are in the grand scheme of things pretty minor. But the differences between the groups I think are pretty obvious to most anyone who takes a moment to look at them.

To put this fire out, the Battra larva is the correct scale with the Heisei Godzilla. It's listed height includes the tip of the horn.

Also I just got confirmation that Godzilla (Adult Jr) is actually 155mm, (6.1 inches). The 180mm is a typo.

I just got Godzilla Jr from someone over Reddit for $30 flat. As small as he is, I love him! He's articulated very well and fits right in. Although he's a , but that's more of a plus in my mind.

Just look at the happy family of kaiju.

The Adult Jr should be the same size as the Burning G figure since the are the same mold.

Got a little extra cash and looking to splurge. Seems like you are all happy with your figures....which are your top 3? I could get a few of these or an xplus figure (maybe 2 - legion is on eBay now). Suggestions?

I'm behind on A LOT
but I recommend Mosu-Goji, SpaceGodzilla, and Destroyah.

So far I've picked up all the releases. My top 2 are Spacegodzilla and Moguera... third would either be Kiryu or Destoroyah.

Really the only ones i have been disappointed in were Comicon Explosion Godzilla and Mosugoji. i've also been disappointed in a few of the price tags.

Supposedly my paperwork at the board is all sorted out and I'll actually get my paycheck next friday. I have some Godzilla 2014 stuff to pick up, but I think the next MA I get will probably be Kiryu or Burning Godzilla.

How do you guys feel about the Revoltech figures? I have an interest in Legion and G2 Gamera. I'm also looking at the x plus legion and Gamera as well.

Looks like Adult Jr is up for preorder in Japan. Thankfully, he looks darker in the pictures on AmiAmi than the ones we saw last week.

Latest Tamashii illustration on the Battra and Mothra larvae set that also shows size comparisons for Battra and the first release Gojira MA. We also see the very plain Mothra larva pedestal stand.
