I know it's a double post, but..... the trailer is getting released on Thursday, but it was shown at CinemaCon earlier this week. And it mentioned the .

The alien origin rumored ages ago are thankfully gone and replaced with actual elements from the franchise. I could see some people being a little irked about some of the details but it doesn't really bother me too much. But we'll see how the whole thing pans out.

The turtles look well done as far as motion capture goes but I just have no desire to see this without netflix being involved.

Remember when this was coming out the same day as Godzilla?

Meh. That's my reaction. It grabbed my attention a tiny bit but it's not something I'm dying to see.

I'll see it. It doesn't really pump me up, but it also doesn't look like complete ass. Still hope the turtles are an accident rather than intentionally made.

Not for certain what to make of it. I really don't like their noses.... The Shredder armor looks cool but I don't know if I like the Turtles being over 6 foot meaning they will tower over Shredder and probably other villians they encounter. I'll probably give it a shot but my expectations are very low for this film.

Their faces do look a bit weird. The origin has been tweaked several times - it doesn't seen too far off from what we've seen before IIRC. I'm not a TMNT purist but I did love the 90's movie (at least the first two). I was also 5 when they came out, so...

Weird...but I mean, it doesn't matter how awful it could be...the cartoon is still on, and that's the best TMNT I've ever watched.

I'm pretty sure all movies these days are elaborate parodies of themselves and this trailer only strengthens that suspicion. And as this looks like every other movie of this decade, I guess I'll just go see one of those other ones instead.

The designs look great as far as I can tell. No complaints what-so-ever. But I'm also not a Ninja Turtles fan. And the teaser does nothing to make me want to be one. Maybe I'll catch it on TV one day. Pass.

Not hating it...but they definitely look weird in the faces. Not so bad until that scene when he removed his eye mask, then...UGH. Not hating on Megan as April either. YET anyways. I will see it.
