I easily rank Legendary-Goji above Musuko-Goji and the 90's suits; as well as above Final-Goji, Megaro-Goji, and Gyakushu-Goji. I probably put it on par with Mire-Goji and Soshingeki-Goji, but well below big-shot suits like Mosu-Goji and Shodai-Goji.

I like the design, but it's one of the most radical to date, so it makes sense that opinions could be very divided on it.

I think this design is as radical as the Heisei design (which we're all used to now), less radical than G2K.

... actually, the 'muppet-like' Godzilla of the later Showa movies is also more radical a change, but since it happened gradually from film to film it doesn't seem that way.

In short, besides half a dozen common features Godzilla has always changed substantially through the years. I for one am kinda shocked that this Godzilla is so conservative a redesign. Honestly, besides the difference in skin texture and trunk-like feet this is almost (and I hate to use this term) a generic Godzilla.

I think I might be the only one who loves this design. It's not my favorite, but it is close. Certainly better than Biogoji.

I'll take most of the Heisei suits over the Legandary design, granted, and probably about half of the Showa designs. But compared to any design from the millennium series? (Maybe sans GMK.) I'll take the Legendary Godzilla, thank you.

And I for one LOVE how his arms are positioned.

I think some of the G14 criticisms are fair, but honestly I can't fully evaluate this design until I see it in the film. There are plenty of Godzilla designs that look derp or even awesome in publicity stills and appear very different in the movie. The feet don't bother me. Compared to the overly floppy feet from the Heisei era, these seem fine. The spines are irregular...but I can't tell how big they are. The shot we see in the trailer seems to indicate they are bigger in the film. We've seen so little of the actual film design that I'm not sure it's fair to say much about the arms - the pics show a very odd arm posture but that could simply be the pic. So far I'm included to put this design somewhere in the top third of all the G designs. I like it, I don't love it, but that could change.

^I also don't understand the "GINO fins" comment. If someone doesn't like them, well, whatever. But GINO's fins were of one shape and fairly uniform. These are quite irregular, not unlike the original Godzilla's spines. Different in design yes, but hardly anything like to GINO.

The thick brow really reminds me of 84Goji. Just the overall mass of it. I guess the thing I can do without are the feet and the skin texture. I really prefer the tree bark skin over the crocodilian skin they got.

But the crocodilian segmentation will look really damn nice on the Monsterarts toy, and I like the way it looks on the tail period.

For all the mass it has, it looks like it has a lot of musculature. It's something I liked in the 84, 89, and most of the Millenium designs. The Heisei designs just looked flat out fat, and I don't mean sumo wrestler or Scott Norton fat (which is basically large flabby muscles in the first place). Its why I don't mind the plumpness of the the KingGoji designs, but really don't like it in the Son Of Godzilla and majority of Heisei designs.
