The Board is Down with no repair ETR. My apologies but we don't have the money or resources to repair the issue. It is broken on the back-end and is only here to view as an archive. Thank you for your years of patronage.
This is the place to discuss Legendary Pictures' Godzilla film and upcoming sequels, as well as Kong: Skull Island and the upcoming Godzilla vs. Kong!! Let everyone know what you think and discuss your thoughts and ideas about the upcoming films!!!!
"Godzilla is a tragic love story about two romantic leads who went against all odds to find each other, only to be murdered by an obese serial killer with bad breath."
"You ever get the urge? It begins with looking down from 50 stories up, thinking about the meaninglessness of life, listening to the dark voices deep inside you, and you think, 'Should I?... Should I?... Should I push someone off?'"
After seeing the toys, the new posters & the international trailer this week I have no worries about a repeat of 98. The only quibbles I have with the design are minor. Feet still seem too short, the legs look long for the torso & would have liked some bone color on the spines. Otherwise I am happy with their choices. I have lived with the late showa suits and the heisei suits that I didn't love but looked and acted like Godzilla. So far Legendary Godzilla has cleared the look hurdle if it passes the character part I'm fine for this film and possible sequels. As far as the film goes I think I am in for something special. Seems to have an intriguing plot with beautiful cinematography. I have already seen shots that are the equal to any in this franchise. A Godzilla movie that I will want to put in the blu-ray player again and again.
He really does look a lot like ShodaiGoji in that new poster. I love it.

The Transamerica Building sure looks like it could be an instrument of impalement in that poster. That would be a perfect muto end if they used a classic Showa arm toss. Probably not going to happen.
