As others have said, it would seem weird to just throw in a random shot of Ghidorah at the end of the film...especially on the moon. When has Ghidorah ever been associated with the moon? I bet if it had been included, people would have freaked out about that, "Ghidorah on the MOON!?!? Do they even understand what Ghidorah is? He's not from the moon! Stupid!"

But yeah, in general it would just seem odd. Marvel's films can get away with it because their next project is always in development and they are basically always guaranteed to try the next one so these teasers they do are kinda just the first piece of marketing for the next film. I don't like 95% of them anyway. Especially those featured at the end of Avengers and Thor 2.

I for one am glad not to see a post-credits stinger. And even gladder that it's not going to just throw in a random creature that would be PURE fan-service. Then what would happen if they made a second film and no Ghidorah? Never hem yourself in for something in the future, because you never know what your next idea will be and you don't want to force yourself into doing something.

At least I can understand the disappointment on this one, KINDA. I mean, the rumors came purely out of our fandom, so it's not like Edwards reneged on a promise he made or anything...it's just an idea that was floated out there that people would have liked to have seen. At least the disappointment makes a touch of sense in this case.

Ugh, those t-shirts...

The more I see of this design the less I like it.

Sorry.

I want the Marvel looking design shirt. My favorite is the KOM shirt on Alcatraz. Too bad it may only be a youth shirt.

The more I look at the KOM Alcatraz shirt, the more I'm convinced that the pic is from the graphic novel

I don't hate the new design, it's instantly recognizable as Godzilla. But it's far from being my favorite. I'd like it to be a little more classic. The three biggest things I'd have done slightly differently would've been the fins/spines a bit closer to the classic maple leaf shape, the toes a bit longer on the feet, and the snout shaped a little more rounded and less boxy.

But that being said, I love the first two of those t shirts! They have a very retro/classic comic art style to them which is great! But I don't love them for myself (well.... Maybe the second one... Maybe...). However, with out first kid due in a few weeks I might have to stock up on some Godzilla paraphernalia for him, even if he has to wait a few years to be big enough to wear it!

Honestly though, Brontogoji (my name for him) is in my top 5 favorite designs. He just conveys so much power and nobility

The first two shirts are OK, but the last one makes Godzilla's snout look like it took a good punch from King Kong.

So I just got finished watching the first season of Breaking Bad with my girlfriend. I really like Bryan Cranston. I only knew of him in Malcolm in the Middle previously, and he never played a serious character on that show. I know that I'm late to the game here, but seeing his acting abilities, I cannot wait to see what is in store for us in this movie.

And it is going to send us back to the Stone Age!

We need a good nickname for this Godzilla, I am fond of Biggest G, but it's not a title that we know for certain that will stay.
