Review of the new Jakks figure - it's absolutely huge and I have to say the more I see of this Godzilla design the more I like it. The vid is from a Godzilla FB group.

So is this movie going to premier a few days before the actual release? How do I fluff WB/LP to let my theater have an early showing so I can buy a screen for myself, dad and my friends only? Just in case WWIII happens on May 16th I will have already seen the movie. Who can I write a fancy letter to so I can get this done?

G Forever uploaded some cool shots of the G Toys...including better pics of Muto.

There a re few more pics in the link.

Also, the Atomic Roar figure looks very cool. I like the sculpt.

The more I see of the Muto the more I like him. He looks like a cross between a Heisei/Showa Gamera foe and and Ultraman foe and I dig that. Definitely doesn't look like an American monster which is a relief.

Sadly I believe it was started, as is usually the case with most of these things, by stupid people. :(

More Godzilla toys...from the toywiz link above that Dorkzilla posted. You have to add to cart in order to see them....which is odd.

Winged muto, a few SD Goji/Muto toys, and a stand alone Godzilla.

I actually kind of like that standalone Godzilla. And by principle alone I may end up getting one of those SD's.

I've seen people complain about how the winged muto is uninspired. That it's just the eight-legged muto with wings.

Well, that's kind of the point, isn't it? They're not supposed to be two completely unrelated monsters.

Stuff looks cool for the kids. I might get the SHMA G 2014 and that's probably it for toys based on the movie.

Oh it's that old one he made a few weeks ago? My bad, thought he made a new one. Sorry!

Now, as for Winged Muto....I didn't really see that coming.
