Looks like the Jakks figure has shown up. Apparently the back of the box reveals some details of Godzilla's origin - I didn't read it but I'm sharing for those who will. The pic is from a FB group.

If that doesn't confirm that the early script leak was real, then I don't know what will.

Sounds good to me, if true. This is all second hand info from someone who talked to someone else and then passed it along...take with a grain of salt. I have no clue how valid it is, but I would be incredibly happy if true.

New origin sounds great... although I'm not sure how "new" it is since its basically the same as what Yamane theorizes in the original film.

I highly doubt that TRUS across the nation will be stocking up so suddenly on these new Godzilla figures. I honestly have little hope of seeing these figures in TRUS north of the border in Canada anytime soon. I suppose I could still check tomorrow but....eh....no high hopes on this one. Does anyone here even know how much that huge 40 inch Godzilla costs? Suggested retail price?
