Not sure what is making my day. Yesterday was awesome, but ended sort of horribly. Today I feel kinda good because I've been taking care of myself much more as of recent. Staying away from carbs and sugar and eating more veggies and fruit. Been drinking a lot of tea moreover coffee (still can't resist coffee, but green tea is just as good). Also have started doing cardio, yoga, and fencing: all of which have been helping me both physically and mentally cope with things. I was 295 just a few weeks back, now I'm 276, which I feel is a enormous improvement. Just gotta keep pushing and hopefully I can get to about 255 at the end of the month.

On top of that, I recently was suffering from some acne but I invested in some treatment and that's helping for sure. So yea, I'm starting to feel a lot better these days. It feels nice.
