I dunno, even as an adult I feel I need to revisit this once or twice just to see everything in the background. There's a lot going on in nearly every frame.

I intend to buy it. Maybe not day one but at some point down the line. It's too pretty.

THIS COMES OUT ON BLU-RAY THIS WEEEEEEEEEEEK.

I may already, uh, be watching it again now. But it's okay because I'm buying that blu as soon as I can. Morgan Freeman is AMAZING in this movie. And Unikitty! And EVERYTHING ABOUT THE CLOUD CUCKOO LAND SCENES.

FOREVER.

LOL, after finally viewing this, I could not help to think that this was some weird, twisted take on “Metropolis”. You have our main protagonist totally fulfilled with his current life until the spur of the moment, where he meets the woman of his dreams and directs him to a world he never knew existed.

Our main character is considered this “chosen” one, just like in Fritz Lang’s movie. And right down to Good Cop / Bad Cop, as sort of a hilarious take on the thin man.

And for those who have not seen the movie:

I loved every moment of it, including Batman, my favorite since Adam West. Excuse the pun, but this Batman seemed more animated than any of the actors who have donned the bat suit, since West!
