I never said what Pacific Rim made. I said I predict Godzilla will make like $79 million.

I hope I'm wrong. I want the movie to be fantastic and make over $200 million. But realistically, I just don't see that happening.

I am extremely excited about these releases. I pre-ordered them weeks ago.

My question is this...

If these three releases (lower tier Godzilla titles to some of you but not I) sell well enough, might Sector 23 consider releasing the other Toho Showa titles no longer licensed by Sony? The orginal MechaGodzilla on Blu Ray, please!

Yeah, there's no way Godzilla will gross less. Godzilla's name recognition + Cranston coming off of the end of Breaking Bad (I mean it's been a bit, but not too long ago) should mean it'll outgross Pacific Rim easily.

My estimation was something like 600 million worldwide (based on a lot of arbitrary things), and that's not taking into account if the movie is either really terrible or really good.

Kain what grade do you teach. I teach phys. ed. at a grade school in KY. Just have 7 years to retirement. Teaching is fun and satisfying. The paperwork that goes with it not so much.
We have to sign a clause that means instant termination if alcohol is discovered by happenstance in our vehicle on school grounds.

For all the talk about whatever connections that Lebanese site is supposed to have, it's not actually WB. Neither is Comic Book Movie, and their source was Godzilla-Movies - they mistook their damn Twitter handle @GodzillaMovies for the legit @GodzillaMovie account run by Legendary.
