Maybe. I think I remember someone around here said China allows 8 movies from North America per year. We know for fact Transformers: Age of Extinction will be there. And I doubt Marvel wouldn't have a presence there. No idea if X-Men and Spider-Man will be there, but I haven't heard anything. That's potentially 5 right there, but only one is confirmed.

I guess we'll find out. How often do Warner Movies get distributed in China?

To not show this in China would be a HUGE mistake considering how well Pacific Rim did over there. I'm sure just an oversight

Pretty meh poster, doesn't really add to my hype. But it doesn't take away anything either.

I've deleted an inflammatory post as well as the posts that quoted it. Gentle ribbing is fine guys, we all have done it to each other, but know where the line between a mild tease while adding to the topic at hand and an insult that adds nothing to the topic of discussion lies.

Play nice, or don't play at all.

This is (should be) exciting and fun.

That script that was leaked a while ago...

Did we ever find out who's draft it was? Callaham, Goyer?

Poster looks positively epic.

The only issue I've had with this otherwise fantastic Godzilla design is that the dorsal plates are a wee-bit small, but they look great from this angle (and I prefer it to them being outrageously big like many fan designs had them).

Get home from work & ride to a new poster. Nice surprise!
Spines seem to be an appropriate size imo. Appear to be staggered at the head and neck.
Arms are massive in this poster. Should be able to rip a skyscraper in half at any size.

Nothing new to add. Looks fine to me. Wish they didn't continue to tradition of main character's back towards "Camera" surrounded by debris BUT, in spite of all that, it looks just fine to me. Atmospheric and it looks cool. It'll be an attention grabber in theaters I'm sure.

Hopefully we get the trailer soon and hopefully we get a decent look at Godzilla then.

It will make Toho rich beyond its wildest dreams, until one day it starts buying up whole countries. Even America. The EUO will have no choice but to go back to 1992 and...
