Yeah, I don't think the 84 vibe has gone away from the overall feel in the design. It's something I keep noticing ever since the encounter closeups, and these new screenshots from last week. And pretty much the way he is portrayed in the script. In that snippet in in the trailer though, his profile reminds me of the Mire/KiryuGojis.

What I like the most however is that this is the best shot of the spines we have seen so far. All the toy shots of Godzilla with smaller spines are in all likelihood done for safety reasons.

I would wager collectibles like NECA's and Monsterarts versions of LegendGoji will have properly sized spines.

They haven't pulled them because it's very obviously bullshit.

This is something anyone with a moderate understanding of Adobe After Effects or free alternatives could make. All this is is a composite of the last scene of the Comic Con trailer overlayed with the burning buildings from the mid point of both trailers.

lol at this point i dont even know what to think. remember the amazon godzilla picture? that thing looked so photoshop and it turns out real, it still has the wird neck and body color difference. who knows it looks like a pre-visual shot with the timecode and all, at this point i dont care ill take anything whatever it is, the marketing needs to happen

I mean, I bought it for the first 2-3 times I looked at it, but it is amazingly short and little to no movement in the scene which made me question it. Wouldn't a big money shot have been taken from this trailer?
