I had a feeling I was getting the name of the line wrong, thanks!

EDIT:

Didn't want to double post. Bluefin posted a link to tamsihii's site about the new , named "Big Chap".

From Tamashii Nations: "...We are still finding the collectors for this line are those in the young 20s-30s, not the 40+ age range we had predicted for Godzilla 1964."

That's all that is said about the figure's performance.

So I voted on that poll everyone is talking about.

Showa Ebirah, GMK Godzilla, and Kaiser Ghidorah got my votes. Ebirah and KG have ultra low odds of ever being made. But what the hell, why not.

And I have no issue with the 64 design outside of the overly large gap in the spines that I have managed to cut down. I really just don't see the big deal about the sides.

just posting this blog for Battra, as they really show the mobility of the arms better than any other one I have seen, plus the wing flap down position is shown as well.

In all likelihood, yes. Maybe the color will be blue instead of red. I'm just glad they're including a stand this time. There weren't any with the Destroyah evolution set.

Wonfest is this weekend. Think there will be any surprises?

I'm not sure what's specifically in store this year, but I am looking forward to seeing cool pics of various toy displays and garage kits.

All I want for Figuarts right now is for the rest of DaiRanger and Jetman to be given release dates. Oh yeah, and for the other half of Blade to come out already.

Orga and Megaguirus will make me mark out for real. They're just so underrepresented. Thanks for sharing those pics. I dig the articulated abdomen.

I should note, that the legs aren't as articulated as the review Tim posted. Essentially to achieve the legs to be spread out that wide, the middle section has to rotated, followed by rotating the talons, and then it can have a wide stance. Although the legs can't bend that way. It still looks cool though.
