I felt fine today for the most part but now I'm starting to feel blah again. Oh well one more day off of work and then I have three days off and everything *should* be stress free for awhile.

So I misread the schedule online at work for the week of the 13th, and I missed that day. They called to ask why I was late and I was out of town with some friends, no way of making it back in time for any decent amount of time. So I expected some comeuppance from that.

So when I worked on Christmas, I got my talking to, but instead of getting a "First warning (Verbal reprimand)" I was bumped up to "Second warning (Written warning)", because I had some issues a year and half ago (in a different department in the hospital), which I could have sworn they said wouldn't be held against me after several months of not getting in trouble. What worse is that they said there was talk of going beyond a second warning. So now I trust no one I work with, which makes me feel like I'm working in a hostile work environment and I'm starting to look for a different place to work just to not be around them. Thing is though I need the insurance, it's why I even work where I do. I lose that, I may as well just set up a tent on active train tracks.

I really hate my damn cat. Pissing all over my game room instead of in his litter box. This is becoming far too regular an occurrence. May need to get rid of the cat

Our cat started pissing outside the litter box suddenly and it turned out she had a urinary tract infection. Once we took her to the vet and got it cleared up she stopped doing it.

Found out that I have Mono which sucks, I've been incredibly sluggish and had virtually no energy to do anything meaningful for over a month. Now I know why.

We'll the good news is that I'm feeling better....in fact I'm going to start my work out routine tomorrow. The past month and a half I've done....nothing. I manage to get to work and then get home and sleep.

Finally beat the first boss in Super Metroid only to then die from so little red things flying outta pipes. So i had to do this stupid boss over like 3 times and rage quit. Seriously who needs samus when i got mario. hate that game.

My Yamaha receiver died for the THIRD time today...and this time, it's out of warranty.

The HDMI board failed on it all three times. Very displeased with this thing, so much so that I'm abandoning Yamaha and though I don't really need all its features, I think I'm gonna upgrade to the Sony STR-DN840.

I only have a 5.1 speaker system and it's a 7.1 receiver, and I definitely don't need the wifi and bluetooth connectivity and all that, but the best-reviewed entry-level receivers are all Yamahas and now I'm gun-shy about getting another one...

my dad is coming home from work due to all the snow but I have no clue when will get back and my mom is worrying herself sick and this of course is making me very
nervous when she had listened to her knocked on the work today.
