They're the only two that make plasmas worth buying. And, IMO, panasonic's are the very best. But I should add the caveat that I haven't actively compared them myself in a few years.

It's worth mentioning that Sony and other companies have made a Blu-ray disc capable of holding up to 100GB:

Apparently, they can hold up to 4K and play on normal Blu-ray players just fine. The Tsuburaya Blu-ray sets such as Ultra Q and Ultraman, despite having 3 episodes per disc, using are this 100 GB disc.

Personally, I'm skeptical that any format beyond Blu-Ray will catch on considering the extent to which streaming video has been growing in popularity.
