Thought about Gorath since I barely remember it though I do have it somewhere here. I'll go with the Mysterians (another one I haven't seen in forever).

It was the scale of the jeep in the background that gave it away. I remember the original Mothra had like an 800 foot wingspan and actually dwarfed Godzilla. That jeep looked like a matchbox compared to the automobiles in the Godzilla series so i just took a wild guess since I couldn't think of any other reason for the scaling to be off.

As far as I'm concerned Gojira and Mothra are neck-n-neck for best kaiju film ever.

I consider Rodan second only to Godzilla. But the big 3 are the pinnacle of kaiju film making.

Yup. G2K! One of only three Godzilla movies (Godzilla vs. the Thing, Godzilla 1985) that I ever got to see in the movie theater.
