Nice to see another gold release. I still think the original release is the best paint job as it had more detail (claws and teeth painted, etc) and I like the blue-ish silver highlights down the necks. But this figure is fantastic in any color scheme. That metallic blue looks pretty cool.

I can tell it's not, but that new Tyrant looks so similar to the newer mold that I almost wonder why Bandai bothered with yet another mold just five years later. By the DX designation I do assume it's huge like Super Grand King is and Earth Gomora should be.

well this isn't soo new, but it seems to have gotten little notice about its release (finally)...

Long ago, we all became aware of an articulated Zone Fighter figure being produced by Evolution Toys. Well to date, we have seen it delayed, upon delayed. Yet it popped up at events like Wonderfest, then we see the company was doing a bit of a redesign to improve the sculpt so it did not look so lean. Some folks still wondered about it. To date, I don't think it ever released. During the course of time, we saw the company want to also introduce Iron King using the new improved design. Well at long last, Iron King has been released. Yet nobody seems to have seen it. I saw a post by a friend on FB in Japan who did get it, so Iron King is finally here. The FB friend who got it did say it was not exactly like the Ultra-Acts in terms of construction. I asked if it was still worth it, as it was stated that since it was a figure of a rare toku character, that made it worth it alone. So this is news you can use.

King Ghidorah.

I really like how dynamic Ghidorah looks.

The "Godzilla" logo seemed like it was hand cut? Anyways, the King Ghidorah bank looks cool, hope they will do a full body one. Not a fan of just the bust. So they just re-used the G'89 for Burning Godzilla? Hope the finished product will look a little better as I think they over did the orange on the chest and shoulders.
