Its still the same overproduced characters. And about half of those were released over a year ago.

Seems like lately when we get new Millennium figures from X-Plus, MonsterArts or whatever, the trend is to stick with safe characters. Godzillas, Kiryu, GFW Gigan....

Not that I'll buy them if they're released, but I'm waiting to see if guys like Orga or Megagiras ever appear in either line.

Right now my favorite Orga figure is a Marmit and my favorite Megaguirus is an M1. Which is kind of funny since my general preference is super accurate figures. I probably won't buy any more X-Plus Mothras or Rodans since they already released my favorite suit for each (and those wings seem to take up more space than tails)..but I'd jump on most of the rest of the rogues gallery.

It's almost as if they're afraid to do that last handful of figures that they haven't done in either scale. Where's Kamakiras, Gabara and King Ghidorah for crying out loud?

They had expressed interest in Mechanikong back when they released the 25cm Gorosaurus, but i figured they didnt do it for licensing issues, but i just saw previews of the Albatross Mechanikong, so it must not be a licensing issue. I also thought Kamakirus was coming soon after the Ricboy exclusive of Kumonga featured a partial appearance (in my mind they used a modified version of a more complete sculpt ... but i guess that was just wishful thinking)..

^ I believe that was Raymundo (which has some relation to Y-MSF IIRC)
I was referring to this figure (http://www.amiami.com/top/detail/detail ... URE-003096) which looks great in the publicity shot, but everyone that i know that has ever bought one of their products has said they are completely thrown together with terrible QC

Thanks for those pictures Keith.

All I can say is wow; that Gamera 65 looks amazing, I can't wait to get it. And also I'm glad X-Plus decided to take a stab at Zoffy... he will make my Ultra Collection feel more complete.

Oh and I'm on the fence about getting the light up Ultraman Taro...

i didnt know about the Tokyo:SOS re-release. I guess at this point I should just assume they are going to re-release all their Godzilla figures with light up fins.

Yeh, with G'64 they gave us a closed mouth version, which i like since most of my G figures are showing off their teeth

Seems like nobody has mentioned this new Daimajin Release, with a alternate color.

Is that a release? They posted a similar picture for their first Daimajin release using the "poster" color scheme rather than the movie color scheme, but afaik they never released it
