Interesting, I'll check it out, once it's on some less that reputable sites.

I'm trying to like this show, but still having a hard time doing so. I've been pretty much done with CN since they cancelled YJ, GL, and the Clone Wars. Same thing with Disney XD and their Marvel shows.

I really want to like this show more than I do. But honestly, even the best episodes fall under the "merely good" rating. My guess is that they're focusing on Katana because the writers can't come up with anything for Batman/Bruce Wayne that hasn't been done before, and probably better than this show could. They have shown some really good ideas, but the execution just isn't up to it. And the worst episodes are REALLY bad. The Humpty Dumpty episode was full of awful, and the story just didn't make sense at the end of it. And none of the villains really seem to be all that threatening for the most part. The fight scenes are well done, but they have gotten repetitive. How many times can we watch waves of ninjas attack? A lot of people malign WB's The Batman from a decade ago, but it showed so much more imagination in it's version of Gotham City and it's denizens than this show does. This show had some real potential, but it doesn't really seem to be reaching for it. So sad that Young Justice got shoved aside for this :(

The only reason these comic adaptation shows (and pretty much all action cartoons in the U.S.) exist is to push the DC characters for merchandising purposes. If the merch isn't selling, then they don't care what the ratings are and if fan like the show or not. It's tough, but that's the business model these shows rely on.

Batman toys sell, so they keep making Batman shows. Every few years they cancel the current show to replace it with a new one so as to reboot and relaunch the toy and merchandising line.

There are no more good TV Shows, only ones that haven't disappointed me yet.

Of course, I'd love to see all kinds of animated series - not just ones that fall into the current slots in US TV: comedies intended for kids, more risque comedies for adults, and action cartoons intended to sell merchandise.

I'd love to see an animated drama, or horror, anything really! Animation has limitless potential!

Apparently the article was updated. The show will return in January, now. Still it won't surprise me if we don't get another season of this show.

At least for now we can look forward to Korra, Kaijudo, and the next transformers show whenever it may air. Sadly nothing new on CN that i'm aware of but if kids these days like their random comedy then i guess that's what they'll get. Hopfully us 80's kids are not a dying breed with our love of action shows.

Speaking of Kaijudo, does anybody else watch this show? Its not bad..its not great either but i'm a sucker for the Digimon, Monster Rancher, Pokemon formula of kids and monsters. Kaijudo actually handles it in a bit of a mature way though so its keeping me hooked, the animation is pretty decent, and it doesn't suffer from gimmicks like the anime shows do.

Not surprised. This looks like the beginning of the end. IGN has this story also.
