If I've said it rhetorically once, I'll say it a thousand times, I already have enough shirts, why can't they make cool desinged pants or shorts?

I've decided to accept the most likely outcome -that there is going to be no sequel. All the time and effort it took for GDT to get this film made, I dont think is an event that can be repeated. Besides he likes to do unique projects, dosen't seem like the "sequel" kind of guy to me. Of course if WB paid GDT the same amount Paramount paid Bay to make another Transformers movie, I'm sure he'd be on board, but we all know this just isn't going to happen. WB is probably just thankful to break even. The hopes of this being a mega-blockbuster making 3-4X its budget just didn't happen unfortunately. Also, would we really want a PR sequel in the hands of another director?
There are no more good TV Shows, only ones that haven't disappointed me yet.

The guy who did Hellboy 2 and wants to do Hellboy 3, and had originally planned on doing two Hobbit films and who did Blade II, doesn't seem like the sequel type?
