He postrure and body size reminds me a grizzly bear. His legs are like a elephant and his skin if like a crocodile. That's a really good mix.

Also, really digging the neck too :D :D

Well I will be downtown San Diego for other reasons today so I won't get to see anything....BOOO!!!!

The full maquette looks great IMO, if that is the design, I win! The head bust is a bit too much, but again, it's no GINO and looks fierce.

The one shot we have through the window....well, Godzilla looks like one "Jules Winnfield wallet"

Actually the full maquette really reminds me of how Toho describes their original vision of Godzilla with a bumpy texture.

All I know is if I do not get my tickets/passes I will be BUMMED!!!

And FWIW, Legendary and Edwards certainly are doing the King justice.

Now for a composer....since we have not heard anything, I almost get the feeling they will go big once again. I know he's a Spielberg/Lucas boy, but because Godzilla is also known for it's orchestral music, I almost believe (using original marches or not) that if they landed John Williams, that would be epic. I don't know his schedule or anything but that would complete the circle of honor they are placing on Toho.

I just think Godzilla NEEDS an orchestral score. I'm sure I'm wrong but I'd love to be right.
