the maquette is nice but ...

it needs to be work on a little bit

the worst is the feet........its almost human....the toes and claws needs to be bigger than this...something like the GMK suit.

The fins ressemble the poster but should be bigger like the teaser poster...

THe hands are a little whimpy....he should stand an attack pose like the G VS THE THING (which is the all around best ever)

The neck is too thick.

I hope the maquette is ... in progress....

But its way better than GINO was.

Here's an image of the teaser of the new Godzilla that you see through the office building window at the end of the tour.

I've heard some people say it looks similar to the maquette, even though the maquette isn't the final version.

Which makes sense... the maquette's features mesh with a lot of the teaser art and various other little images in the Godzilla tour (the fins on the maquette look a lot like the fins on some of the "Warning" signs, for instance).

Again, that's just a rumor... but if its true, consider me extremely happy.

Here's another concept (EMPHASIS ON CONCEPT, GUYS) head that August posted on Facebook.

The concept head is ugly, so I'm glad that's all it is. The teaser reminds me of G85 for some odd reason. Not really clear enough for me to judge the design, but yeah, it's definitely interesting.

EDIT: It's occurred to me that Godzilla could be simultaneously the most successful and the worst voyeur I can imagine. Sorry, it's just the fact that's he peering through the window in that pic...

The concept art is okay..I really like the old school design (not sure if it is just a sculpt of Shodai Goji or if its new). The new stuff shows they are trying to change the design up while still keeping it classic. I hope that the final design is more classic looking. I especially would like if they give him the classic texture instead of scales.

I know that this is a long shot, but I hope whatever they design can at least be as comparably cool as say, the Bio/Ghido Goji costumes.

I've never been too fond of small head Godzilla and the overly thick neck doesn't help the sculpt but all in all it won't ruin the movie. The teased image looks bad ass and like Bruticus said it does give me an 85 vibe, which is one of my favorites.
