Definitely Vegas -- resorty-looking buildings, the Statosphere in the background, and that looks like the Eiffel Tower Restaurant at the base of the tower.

Oh geez, I can already see this poster confusing so many people. Now some fraction of the people going to see the movie are going to be convinced at least part of the movie takes place in Las Vegas, when the poster itself is probably just a tie-in for the Vegas-based event. There will be at least one person a year from now who'll rant when it turns out Vegas has nothing to do with the movie :?

So Nautilus is the production title for Godzilla which is a fake title for the actual film Godzilla and Voltron: Ultimate Battle for the Universe?
