Must avoid reading spoilers

Discussing spoilers below, my thoughts based on what I read so look if you like.....

Now from what I just read....I wonder if they are going to try and nuke Godzilla and perhaps on Alcatraz itself. Since the Golden Gate gets whacked in Pacific Rim, I'm betting either the Transamerica Building or Alcatraz or both were earmarked for Godzilla.

Telling people to get below ground perhaps indicates such a desperate move as to nuke Godzilla. Also what caused Godzilla to be knocked down???

I'm sure we'll get more of this as time moves on.

There's literally no way to tell... that sentence could mean anything. Speculating on it is kind of a waste of time.

But if LP want a franchise (and they do), I doubt he'll be killed off.

So...maybe the military brings the nuclear bomb to Godzilla to sort of reinvigorate him if he's the lesser of two evils.

Most of the interviews with Tull about this film have mentioned that Godzilla will return to his monstrous dark roots, but that he'll also be a sort of protector of earth.

Essentially, he'll be like he was in GTTHM.
